Ice Cream Cookies IC Exotic Series feature chocolate chip, snickerdoodle and sugar cookie flavors with red sprinkles in a swirl design. The cookies were a little underwhelming, not even tasting like vanilla wafers, but they didn’t really matter since they exist solely as vessels for the creme filling to take center stage. I would have enjoyed these more if the creme had more pop candy to add to the overall flavor.

The ice cream swirl was also a nice touch in terms of adding festive flair, but I’m not sure it was enough to elevate these over some of the other ice cream cookie options out there. Still, these are unique and worth checking out if you’re in the mood for something different.
